Things Needed: 2 ripe bananas slit into two from the middle lengthwise, refined flour for batter, water, cardamom powder, sugar to taste, oil for frying, pinch of turmeric powder.
Process: In a bowl put few spoons of refined flour add sugar, pinch of turmeric powder and cardamom powder. Mix it well. Add water slowly to make a slightly thick batter. Dip the sliced bananas into it and cover it with the batter. Heat oil in a pan. When really hot reduce the flame and add the banana pieces. Shallow fry it till it turns light brown and the batter gets cooked. (Note: Do not deep fry. ). Once done take out and put it on paper towel to remove excess oil.
This could serve as a sweet snack.
